By accessing or using TigerAccess services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

TigerAccess provides identity-aware privileged access management for:

• SSH access to servers and infrastructure
• Database access with query auditing
• Kubernetes cluster access
• Windows Desktop (RDP) access
• Web application access
• AI agent governance and safety controls

Service availability and features may vary based on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use TigerAccess, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscription plans:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment: All fees are due upon receipt of invoice and are non-refundable
• Price Changes: We may modify prices with 30 days advance notice
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

TigerAccess and its content, features, and functionality are protected by intellectual property laws. The service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to your data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• For Convenience: With 30 days written notice
• For Cause: Immediately upon material breach

Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
